Having completed multiple courses with the Institute of Modern Dog Trainers (IMDT), we are committed to delivering the best possible care for your dogs. Our qualifications include IMDT Level 3 Professional Day Care & Boarding, IMDT Professional Dog Walking Certification and City & Guilds Level 3 Diploma in Dog Grooming. All our staff are trained in Canine Level 2 First Aid and insured with Petplan Sanctuary.
To provide your dog with optimal mental and physical exercise, we follow a varied activity schedule. We offer both on-demand and fixed-day services to cater to everyone’s needs. Our activities include a Soft Play Area, a selection of toys, snuffle mats, and more to keep your dogs entertained, along with afternoon walks around the local area and off-lead playtime in a one-acre grassy paddock.
Not Just Puppy & Doggy Day Care
Our Puppy and Doggy Day Care is available during the week and on Saturdays. In addition to Dog Day Care in Ivybridge, we also offer Dog Grooming Services. On Saturdays, we provide private access to our Soft Play Area for 55 minutes, as well as 55-minute Dog Parties. We also host 90-minute Dog Breed Meetups on the first Saturday of each month.
Your dogs will enjoy a variety of their favourite treats as snacks, including treat platters, Puppachinos, and even options for dogs with dietary intolerances. (Plus Pupcakes Plymouth Cake for Parties!) Our indoor Soft Play Area allows your dogs to have fun while staying dry and clean during cold, wet or muddy days. We welcome all friendly canines, regardless of size or breed, including Pugs, Border Terriers, Newfoundlands, Dachshunds, and much more.

Day Care for Dogs
I was so nervous about sending my puppy to doggy day care. However it’s the best choice I’ve made, my miniature dachshund absolutely loves it, pictures and updates are provided throughout the day! He comes back happy but exhausted too from all the playing! He’s made lots of friends and I could not recommend them enough.
They also provide a pick up and drop off service which makes things a lot easier for me! Thank you all!

We have just got home from a wonderful time in the softplay. 3 English bulldogs and 2 French bulldogs had the best time ever playing like puppies again! Even had a puppucchino and treats delivered!

Pugs and Pals, where can I start ?
Our rescue Loki has been going regularly for just shy of a year now & the team at P&P have been so patient and welcoming of Loki. They have really helped him socialise in a safe, calm way with other dogs & humans! They are great with Loki when we’ve needed extra support , or odd days here and there. We receive regular updates & photos of Loki enjoying his time at daycare. Forever thankful to the team at Pugs and Pals
