We went on a Saturday afternoon for a pre-arranged hour long private booking with a total of five dogs. They all absolutely loved it and had a very stimulating, fun hour. The play area is well equipped and clean. There are fans to keep the air cool and a handy mop and bucket for any toilet mishaps. The Puppaccinos and the treat tray were a very generous and unexpected surprise and the dogs were all in hound heaven! 10/10 Will definitely re-book.

Excellent care of our family dog! Extremely friendly and helpful and our dog loved every minute here! Then taken home to be looked after in family home which is brilliant. We could enjoy our holiday knowing he was well looked after. So good, he’s already booked in again! Thank you

We have just got home from a wonderful time in the softplay. 3 English bulldogs and 2 French bulldogs had the best time ever playing like puppies again! Even had a puppucchino and treats delivered! Already working out the next date we can come again. Thank you so much, we all had a wonderful time.

I was so nervous about sending my puppy to doggy day care. However it’s the best choice I’ve made, my miniature dachshund absolutely loves it, pictures and updates are provided throughout the day! He comes back happy but exhausted too from all the playing! He’s made lots of friends and I could not recommend them enough. They also provide a pick up and drop off service which makes things a lot easier for me! Thank you all!

Our puppy is so placid and sociable since spending time at pugs and pals. He comes home tired and well behaved! The team are very accommodating and helpful. They are always happy to help and this has made shift work/ having a dog much less of a stress. The team are so full of love for each dog and it shows as soon as you meet them. Pugs and Pals, where can I start ? Our rescue Loki has been going regularly for just shy of a year now & the team at P&P have been so patient and welcoming of Loki. They have really helped him socialise in a safe, calm way with other dogs & humans! They are great with Loki when we’ve needed extra support , or odd days here and there. We receive regular updates & photos of Loki enjoying his time at daycare. Forever thankful to the team

If you want to leave your doggie with people who genuinely love them all and will look after them like they are babies! Pugs & Pals are THE ONE! my frenchie absolutely loves going to day care! And he comes back absolutely pooped! With regular photos and updates I have not a single worry he’s being looked after and loved. Highly recommend over and over again! X

Absolutely Amazing professional and caring service provided for our nervous Dog. Helen was polite and professional, best Doggie day care service available, woody loved it, he was shattered when he came home. definitely worth travelling for cannot recommend highly enough. Thankyou Helen.
